Snap out of it!

Now that was a fantastic summer!
We had some great weather, good times with friends and family and no lack of distractions to get us out of our routines. Indulging in endless evenings sitting outside and lazy mornings enjoying coffee on the deck appreciating the wildlife that inhabits my backyard (“Rocky the Squirrel” is my favorite) all helped to create the relaxation of a perfect summer.
But about mid-August I realized I needed to snap out of the malaise and let the discipline of autumn take over my routine.
I know several of my colleagues and friends feel the same way, as we put the heavenly days of summer behind us and move forward to a more focused fall. In case you need reminding, Christmas is only a few months away!
